Pursuant to Elections Code section 5002, this notice serves to inform you that on November 23, 2010, the Secretary of State received formal notification from the "Christian Party" of their intent to qualify as a political party. The Christian Party has requested per Elections Code section 5003 that all voters who declared an affiliation with their political body prior to this official notice be counted towards their efforts to qualify as a political party.
