Karl Rove to Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee: 'Jump in'

POLITICO.com:
"Karl Rove said on Friday that potential 2012 Republican presidential candidates Sarah Palin and Mike Huckabee should put their money where their mouths are and dive into the race, rather than hurling criticisms at the Bush family.

The former political counselor to President George W. Bush said that both should take action on their possible candidacies rather than critiquing the family that has produced two presidents.

Last week, Palin called the Bushes “blue bloods” in response to former first lady Barbara Bush’s unenthusiastic views on Palin’s potential campaign.

“Governor Palin ought to be confident,” Rove told Laura Ingraham on her radio show. “She’s got a right to run. All she’s gotta do is pay the filing fee and form a committee.”

“It’s just unseemly for them to say ‘They’re trying to keep me out,’ ” Rove said of Palin and Huckabee."
