Judges sentence ACORN workers for voter fraud

JSOnline:
"Milwaukee County judges have sentenced two people for falsifying voter registrations during the 2008 election.

Judge Thomas Donegan ordered Frank Walton to serve 52 days in jail, which he already has served, and pay a $500 fine. Meanwhile, Judge Richard Sankovitz ordered Maria Miles to serve a year in jail, but stayed the sentence in lieu of two years on probation. She must serve 90 days in jail as a condition of probation."
