Voters: Get schooled on state propositions - Sacramento Politics

Sacramento Bee: "Should marijuana be legal? Should the state be able to pass a budget with a simple majority vote? Should California change its law on greenhouse gas emissions?
Voters unsure how they will answer these questions on the Nov. 2 ballot can attend a forum at McGeorge School of Law where students will present detailed, nonpartisan analyses of the nine propositions Californians will face on Election Day.

The free event takes place Oct. 27 at 12 noon at the lecture hall in McGeorge School of Law, 3200 5th Ave., Sacramento."
