Tea party sues board of elections, local union: "Katherine Dirr of Liberty Twp. said she was told she could not gather petitions on private property at a polling location, even though she remained outside the 100-feet radius.
Dirr said she was told to leave because the voting location was a union hall where members disagreed with her political views, according to the suit."
