Mitt Romney trots out his boldest anti-Obama speech ever at Values Voter Summit Friday.
HALPERIN'S TAKE: This was the best speech I have ever heard Romney give -- really well written, comfortably delivered, and cutting and optimistic at the same time. He hit all the themes that play to his strength, but avoided some of the rhetorical flourishes that have sounded off-key to some listeners in the past.
